1. The service and these terms
MainSent GmbH, identified in the legal notice, operates standalone FoxLink: accounts and teams for creating Short Links, publishing Link Trees, storing associated images and viewing click statistics. It is separate from MediaFox; a FoxLink account does not grant access to MediaFox or its automation features.
The currently offered service has no payment obligation. No affiliate payouts, paid plan, advertising programme or guarantee of permanent free availability is part of these terms. Any future paid offer requires separate information and an express agreement. Mandatory consumer rights also apply to free digital services where the law provides for them.
2. Accounts, age and teams
Account holders must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Email verification and operator approval are required for sign-in. Registration does not guarantee approval. Keep your password and private verification, reset and invitation links secure, and notify support if you suspect misuse.
Only act for a team or another person when authorised. Owners, Admins and Members have different permissions; invitations and role changes must be authorised. A person who publishes for a team must ensure that its content and use of personal data are lawful. Do not share an individual account as a substitute for team memberships.
3. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in your content. You grant MainSent only the non-exclusive rights needed to store, technically process, reproduce and publicly deliver the content you choose to publish, for operating FoxLink. This is not a licence to sell your content or use it in advertising. Ensure you have the necessary image, copyright, trademark and personal-data permissions.
Do not use FoxLink for unlawful content, phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful spam or violations of third-party rights. Do not bypass security controls, access other teams without permission, or deliberately disrupt the service. Account holders remain responsible for their destinations and published information; MainSent does not endorse every linked website.
Published Link Trees and uploaded images made public can be viewed, copied or indexed by third parties. Unpublishing cannot retrieve copies already made by others. External destinations are operated under their own terms and privacy notices.
4. Addresses, delivery and availability
A Short Link redirects visitors to its configured destination. Deleted identifiers remain reserved to prevent reassignment; deleted links normally return HTTP 410. Blocking or unpublishing can also make content unavailable. A reserved identifier is not a guarantee that a service or address will operate forever.
Destination checks can flag broken links. A team can opt into automatic removal after a grace period (initially seven days); repeatedly confirmed 404/410 responses qualify, not timeouts or access restrictions alone. These checks do not certify a destination as safe. Network failures, maintenance and third-party failures can interrupt delivery; no particular uptime is promised here. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Reports, restrictions and review
Use the reporting form or contact support to identify suspected unlawful or abusive content, including the precise address and reasons. A report alone does not establish a violation. MainSent reviews reports and may restrict content or accounts where required by law or necessary to address violations of these rules or concrete security risks. Measures should be proportionate and consider the interests and rights of those affected.
Content blocks are reversible. Where legally permitted, affected users receive the reasons for a restriction and can request a human review by emailing support with the affected address and relevant context. Urgent measures may precede notice; notice may be limited where disclosure is legally prohibited. Statutory complaint, dispute-resolution and judicial remedies remain available. This email review process does not limit them.
6. Ending use and changes
You may stop using FoxLink at any time and request account closure through support. Resolve team ownership and any information you need to retain before requesting closure. Closure and erasure requests are assessed separately from identifier reservation and any justified legal retention. The privacy notice explains current retention and your rights.
MainSent may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or concrete security risks. Where reasonable and lawful, it will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a violation. Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated appropriately; where consent is required, silence is not treated as agreement. Mandatory termination and consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability and statutory rights
MainSent is liable without contractual limitation for intent and gross negligence, culpable injury to life, body or health, an expressly assumed guarantee, and under mandatory statutory liability including the German Product Liability Act.
For slight negligence, MainSent is liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation on which users can ordinarily rely, limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded only to the extent legally permitted. These limitations do not reduce mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning digital products and withdrawal.
8. Applicable law and contact
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. Jurisdiction follows statutory rules; no exclusive Bielefeld venue is imposed on consumers. If a provision is invalid, the applicable statutory rules replace it.
